An industry building to be used with the trucks pack and it is part of a pack I am creating
This model is compatible with Gameguru classic and Gameguru Max. (Surface, color, and normal are required for GameguruMax saving space because all 3 (Gloss, AO, and Metalness are combined into a texture Called Surface)
The shader part in Gameguru Max is not done and the windows are not transparent. We will update as new releases are updated.
