We take product quality very seriously and will also aim to resolve any issues without the need for a refund. In some cases we may need to contact an artist to resolve a situation.

However if you find serious defects, missing textures or files, misinformation in description or product images which cannot be resolved by the artist, you may be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, a refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, before a download is attempted. We cannot guarantee a refund and each request will be assessed on a case by case basis. We do not refund any payment fees or surcharges.

In addition we also offer a limited repair or replacement on faulty items for the first 30 days. Please contact support if you require support with a faulty item.

If a product is refunded, you are required to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them.
